I paused my tam a day or two ago, then I unpaused it, today it's a week from when I got it so it's not growing? What do I do???

 
What age is it? Is it a circle with a face right now? If not, it's already fully-grown. The mini only has a child, adult, and elder stage.
Child -> Adult: 1 day.
Adult -> Elder: 7 days.
Elder -> Dead: 7 days.

 
It's an adult that hasn't evolved into an elder yet (the Kuchipatchi-like stage) It's the 20th anniversary version. It evolves.
