I've noticed that the tamagotchi P's seem to be considerably more expensive than other models even when used.

Just curious why this is.

Seems like players prefer the IDL when talking about older color versions.

And those deco Pierce... Wow $$$

Mr Blinky released an english patch for the Ps (and 4Us), so it can be considered as an "english" tama.

Also it arguably has the best features e.g. added content via pierces, it's very customisable in-game.

There's a demand for it since it's considered the best color version which, due to fan content, pretty much can be endless.

Yes, English patch probably had something to do with it, but it could also be virtual deco pierces. As we know pierces are pretty expensive (now). Mr. Blinky not only ported and translated content from them so that anybody can get it for free, but also helped create absolutely NEW pierces with NEW never before seen (on the P's) characters, games, clothes, items, backgrounds, etc. So if you get bored of existing characters you can easily download new ones.

Then there's also the official download content and other fan made content which even you can make with a special program.

That makes sense. I wish there was a way to clean out under the clear part of the faceplate. Mine has been well used and there's lots of little dust and mystery particles that have made their way under there.

Thanks for the replies :)

There are some ways to do that. The least invasive ones involve these canned air things you use to get dust out of computers, blowing it into the pierce hole (without the heart) or the button holes works sometimes. Sometimes also vacuum cleaner works.

Is this the IDMakeL program you're talking about?

You can also try prying it off, and that way you can replace the faceplate, but it's quite invasive.

Yeah, it is, though I remember that some newer versions of it are quite elusive, and it has its bugs.
