So i've recently gotten a tamagotchi IDL to connect to my + Color and i've already raised 2 generations so far, the thing is that they used to connect without any issues back then (i've raised 2 male generations) and now that i have a female on my IDL and a male on my plus color i decided to marry them, so i made a Mametchi and a Lovelytchi, they used to connect just fine back when they were teens, but this morning they stopped being able to connect to eachother, i'd like some help from anyone who knows what exactly is happening to them, thank you.

I'm not sure if +Color and iD L are capable of breeding together... Maybe that's the problem?

The problem isn't that they can't breed, it's that they don't connect to eachother anymore although some people say IDL can breed with ID, hexagontchi and + color, i am not so sure myself though

Do you have any pictures of them connecting? Does it throw an error screen or does the connection link just fail every time?

It used to connect just fine, now when i connect them the hearts turn red for a split second then they turn blue

Strange, my IDL and Ps take a while to connect, and sometimes I have to spam the B button on both, but I've never had them refuse to connect after an evolution.

Has the red plastic around the IR area gotten scratched or cloudy? Is there any interference from other devices?

i don't think there's any interference since i practically make their IR port touch eachother, as for scratches idk
