LPS VPet Help #2!

Ok, here I am again.

I have basically given up on my LPS VPet, it just keeps on lagging out and glitching our that by now it has just given up and shut down (lagged out) on its own. The screen is blank, and the buttons are un responsive and it does not work at all. Again, the battery is new and well working, so the battery dead is not the problem. This is the 7th time its happend, I cant send it back at this point either.

Is there a de-bug button? Help please!

You might not like this, but you could unscrew it, take out all the components, wipe the buttons and things with a slightly damp cloth, let it air for a bit, then put it all back together. Don't wipe the board. Use a dry cloth for that, the speaker, the 'wrong side' of the screen and other major components.

It might be battery corrosion.

What exactly does that mean? The battery seems fine and so does the compartments, I think it’s just getting old and starting to glitch.

Do you see any blue-ish tinge on the components? Or rust?
