I heard a rumor that on cetain songs if your tamagotchi hears the music it will dance to it and have a musical note next to it. Is this true?

 
I don't think it's true. I don't see where the sound would go in.

There is a dancing animation on the tamagotchis, though, that happens at certain times of the day ;)

 
if you leave your tama alone it does wierd stuff... like rolling, kissing singing and other stuff!!!
