Does it also have big buck-teeth? If so, it is definitely a Debatchi.

I think a Pyonchitchi to me looks more like a hamster than a debatchi. But if you are on an even generation it must be a debatchi. Debatchi is even, pyonchitchi is odd.

It is not a rare character, what character you get depends on how you look after it, and what generation it is. I really don't think there is such a thing as a rare character.

Then you definitely have Debatchi. They do look kinda nerdy with those huge teeth. Maybe they're a mutant beaver? lol!
