I made a really cool avvie on paint,and then I saved it and tried to put it here on tamatalk.But it said I couldn't put a personal photo!It is not an image of me,just of a cat.Can anybody tell me how you put it on here?

 
Try re-saving it as a GIF, JPG etc. (after creating a backup in case the colour messes up).
