i just thought about it and i figured out you can mess around with who you want to mate with. when ur tama is old enough to mate, just set the time to either 9:59 am, 2:59 pm, or 6:59 pm. then the matchmaker will show as schedueld with a different mate most of the time. when it says LOVE? just select no to keep on doing this again and again.

Does who your tama mate with really change the outcome of what your baby will be like?

I have found even with the same time you can get a variety of tamagotchis, if you switch times it is still the same tamagotchis, dependent on luck level.
