For the debirutchi just take terrible care of it. For the poop take care of it untill it is an adult and then just leave it this may or may not work for the poop but I know it works for the debirutchi.
Some say that to get the "Lucky Poop", you must leave your angelgotchi for 3 days. I have never beleved it, nor have I tried it. But, it would be interesting to see if someone did...
