I got my new tamagotchi this week, a v1 UK connexion, on connecting it to my v2 it makes a Marumimitchi appear as a totally different character. Hehe! I can't find the name of the character it appears as, but this is a piccy. :furawatchi:

The character is a Nazotchi! :D He is a rare character that you can get by debugging. When a V2 character goes on a V1, the character transforms into a Nazotchi because the V1 doesn't have all the characters V2 has.

Didn't know what?
That connecting different versions give different characters, or that character? I knew of the character, just not the name (I've seen the debug characters).
This is the first time owning a different version, so no, I wouldn't have known... and not knowing, I wouldn't have known to look.

It's cool though, seeing different tamas.

thats nazotchi. Connecting a v1 v2 or a plus with a keitai gives you the debug characters.

You know what that happened to me a million times and I thought it was a glitch in the program, but now that I know that it happens to everyone I won't worry anymore. Thank You
