Do you mean the item or the character? If you mean the shop item, you have to buy it. If it the character that you mean, I can't help you with that one. I have never gotten him as a new character.

for the shop one keep changing the time to either 2:59 pm or 6:59 pm and wait a minute. the shop will change and if ur lucky anough to get it u buy it for 5000 points(alot but worth it)if u didnt keep changing the time
