When left alone, he'll move around as usual.
But a couple of times, I've seen his face half the size of the screen and he looks like he's eating something. Once, there was a large closeup of his face and makes strange facial expressions.
Do all adults do that to entertain themselves or something ?

It's not uncommon. He's just showing you that he likes having you as an owner.
