Love Potion?

I have 2 V2 toddlers and 2 V1 toddlers. I have 2 questions.

1) Does it work when they're toddlers?

2) Does it work with only V2s?

No, it doesn't work with toddlers. You have to use it when they are 6 or 7, which is the normal breeding age. Yes, it DOES really work.

I'm pretty sure you use it before you connect. And, I'm pretty sure it only on V2's...V1's don't have shops!
