In the rules/details it does not specify if it has to be drawn by a computer program or if it can be drawn by hand, etc. The other contests do specifiy that it has to be drawn by a computer program.

I would like my first one to be judged if there is no requirement. If there is a requirement, you can go ahead and judge my computer-made form. Thanks!!!! =D
