hey all...i was just wondering, lets say your tama was in its.....5th generation, and the battery is low...if you change it will you lose all your data?? or can you just change the battery and it will resume from where you left off?

i know this is probably already answerd somewhere but i haven't found it

please help

 
no but u must dwnload it before u put the battries in so it's back to normal then wen u put battries in then u'll see the egg then prees the middle button then press download

well, it depends, if you want to have it back where it was, you should dowload it, to do this... press the button at the back of your tam when your tamas batteries have died, then press the B button(the middle button) and it will give you the option of DOWLOAD and RESET. (WARNING! do not press reset!, because if you do, all the friends,presents,gens,etc, WILL BE GONE!) press DOWNLOAD. then your tam will be back. nhope this helps!

You just download it(i did that to mine at its 2nd gen) :puroperatchi:

 
what you have to do is uhh...oh yeah...you have to change the battery and press the reset button if it doesnt make a beep after you put the battery in and then press the middle button when the egg goes on the screen and then a screen will come up that says downlaod, reset

so you have to say download and you will get all your tama data back

when u put the battery back in, u need to press the restart button, then it'll ask 'Restart or Download?" Say download, it'll work, trust me! :furawatchi:
