I'm not sure about "the love thing", but if you buy a UFO, then your tama goes/travels to lots of places. It's pretty cool, but I haven't bought it yet.

it only lasts about a minite. for example: 1:00-1:01.

By "the love thing", do you mean the Love Potion? If so, it makes your Tamagotchi and another Tamagotchi fall in love. :angry:

Using it when the MatchMaker comes works the same way, too.
