I'm ordering the English white version of the Tamagotchi Connection off of ebay and I was reading around here and most of you were saying the Japanese tamagotchis were better.... I feel like I'm missing out on something now. Why are they better? Did I get ripped off on the English version?
Whats so different about the english version?

What's different about the english tamagotchi? Well, first of all, it's in english... XP Second, the japanese version celebrates different holidays than the english version (the jap. version celebrates japanese holidays, I don't know what the english version celebrates). Most people here like the japanese one better because they like Japanese culture/toys/whatever, so they're biased. Since I've never played with an english one, I don't know what the exact differences are, but I think my japanese one is just fine.
