HEY first of all... is there a way to make the time go by very fast without opening up the connection. second of all... are there any other cheats? please help it is taking so long!

 
The only way to get in to hypertime is to get in there and tinker around. There is no way around it.

Yeah, but that doesnt change the evolving process, it just makes your tamagotchis age number higher. The tama still evolves on the same day it is supposed to.

You open it up all the way and scratch at where it says DEBUG with the lead of a pencil. Don't destroy it, just kind of write on that area for about 10 swipes.

That usually works but not every time.

That might also put you in to the debug mode where you can see all of the characters.

Have you ever got it into debug/hyperspeed mode? I've scratched it, but maybe I need to scratch it more?

If the scratching worke, you should be able to get in to hyperspeed by pressing the C button while in normal play mode.

The little trick does not work every time but will most of the time.

 
Also, when do you get to choose between characters? Toddler stage? and do the characters move really fast when in hyperspeed?

You chose between characters right away after the egg hatches. (if the pencil thing worked)

Your egg will hatch.

Wait!

If the screen does NOT go to the naming option, you will be able to look at all of the characters by pressing the A button.

 
Thanks :D . One more question.. where on the tamagotchi are the debug places? I can only find the one by jp3. I'm a glitch huntress, so this stuff really interests me. :blink:

As far as I know, only the American and Japanese versions are like this.

I don't have the European or Australian version.

I do know that the Aussie version does NOT have the DEBUG feature on the circuitboard.

It's all clearly marked in there so you will see it if it's there. It's on the side the battery is on.

how can u tell if it's working while u r pressing the C button??

 
Trust me, you'll know!

The animations go super fast and it will automatically stop at the next event of special animation.
