Y'ever notice how mametchis used to be blue? (1997) and now they are represented as yellow?

Hm, I have a beanie/plush of Mametchi that I bought around the time the first tamagotchis were out...and it's yellow ;] I think that very early on it was probably represented as blue in the US for whatever reason, then changed to yellow (which is, I assume, the original Japanese color.)

yeah! , even the character design sort of did. but I think both versions are adorable.

actually thats only the american one, i saw the old japanese one and it was the same.
