When my tamagotchi makes a friend they will be in the friend list with a number of smily faces.What dose 1 face mean and 2 and :ph34r: :ph34r: :ph34r: :ph34r: 3 .....................

 
I think one smiley is Aquantance, 2 Smilies is friends 3 is like..Buddies or something 4 is Best friend..and then when the tama is an adult, the smilies will turn into hearts.. then you know theyre in love.

Also, the hearts will only appear if the two are adults. They must be adults for 48 hours before they will mate, too.

 
1 smilie=Aquaintance

2smilies=Buddy

3 smilies=Friend

4smilies=Good Friend

2 hearts+2 smilies=Best Friend

4hearts=Mate

 
the smileys show what level of friendship they are on.the more smiley faces the better friends they are.

 
LOL even though one of my guys was gay- not that thats a bad thing- just a glitch.

 
yep i guess the answer has been covered. you should read the instructions before you start your tamagotchis i knew how to work it before i got it, but i read it neway. B)
