Do they ever grow up with the adult? Does it turn into a toddler with the adult?

 
no the adult leaves after 48 hours and then it goes on like you just hatched an egg. then that morning the baby wakes up without their mom or dad and then you take care of it.

 
when the adult gets a baby it will leave on the second midnight, and thats when the baby starts growing
