It's 7 yrs old, and it only has 4 points...is this normal?

What are the benefits of having a high training bar?

My tama is 1 year old and It has 5 training points. I trained it.

When it cries for attention, but continues acting normally, give it a time out. When it cries for attention and looks sad/distressed, give it praise. Each time, its training will go up.

the problem ive had with this before is that after 5 training bars, it never beeps for training again... well, mine didnt... ive raised 3 now...

Having a high training bar is good because you can get more healthyer characters.
