Tama Town?

I have been hearing alow about Tama Town, what is it? Is it some kind of website? Or is it some kind of item? like a house in Keitai? If it is a website, can someone please post a direct URL?

The only place I have heard of "tamatown" is in reference to the Nintendo DS game "Tamagotchi Connection Corner Shop". There's an upcoming website (www.tamatown.com) based around it.
