I was just wondering how everyone came to like tamagotchis,

i'll start by telling you how i came to like them.

Ok, i had an original tamagotchi in 1997 when i was like 6 or somthing and i lost those then ppl had Tamagotchis connections at school and i had some money from birthday and i asked my mom to buy me one when she went to K-Mart. Since then i have colected tamas and virtual pets. My complete collection is in my profile that is what i have after about a yaer.

 
Well, I had one in the '90s, but I din't really value it...

But then last year, when I was in 5th grade, my friend brought one to school. I thought it looked really cool, and so I got one...

But when I brought it over to MimitchiRocks' house, she thoughtit was really annoying.

thats the same story that happened to me! except mine broke ( all the buttons were gone )

 
I had loads from back in the 90's. My mum threw them out though.

But when they came back again, I saw a Connexion Version one in the K-Mark catalogue's. I did a internet search about them, and then next I bought one. :) Now, I have over 15 Tamagotchi, including ones from back in the 90's that I have bought again. :rolleyes:

 
I liked them when they first came out. I got one of the originals when I was 8 or 9. It was stolen shorty after I got it. v.v'

I got into connections by seeing an advert for them in the Toys R Us Big Book.

 
There was this girl that sat at my lunch table when I was in first grade who always talked about tamagotchis! (wich was vary, vary annoying!)

At first I thaught: what in the world is a Tamagotchi??

So I reserched on the net to find out...

After, I got over the top to them

Now that crazy lady is my best freind. :angry:

She was a major influence, now I'm crazy for Tamagotchis
