they only evolved at 3 or 4 years old. how old r they?

Pasueing your Tamagotchi effects the growth development. Have you paused it recently? If so, then that would proberly be the cause.

it's fine to pause your tamagotchi for a second, but if you pause it for to long it gets all messed up!(it's happend to me before!)
