i was changing my battery when i took out the battery i heard a beep then i put a new battery in then i press the a and c button but nothing happen!!! do u tink my tama is broken

 
You should try pressing the 'B' (Center) button. Then a menu should come up that says "Download" and "Reset". If you want your old tama back, choose "Download". If you want to start over, press "Reset". The beeping sound is normal and happens every time you change the battery.
