I am not sure how much a teen ager tama should weigh .Cause mine weighs 36 pounds is that healthy?

20 is the base weight for teens, 36 is a bit overweight o.o

i thought it was 15?b coz my tamas r both teens but they weigh 15

It dosen't really matter, it's not like your Tamagotchi is going to die from over weight. The weight can only go up to 99 pounds, then you can't go any higher. But if it really matters, work out your Tamagotchi alot. (Play games, don't feed it alot of snacks, etc.)

I've heared some people say 15, but all 5 of mine that have been in teen stage has been 20, so that's what I say.
