Having baby tama's

ok, my sister(7) and I(12) have just recieved some tamagotchi's for christmas. she has a V2and i have a V1, It's mentioned, but not very clearly in the insturction manual that 2 system's can have baby tama's by moving from 1 smiley-face to 4 hearts in the friends page. we connect to each other many times daily but yet we never get higher than 3 smiley's. and if at some point, we do get 4 hearts in friends. how do you have babies if at all possible? thank you

depends wat gender they r if the r both girls/boys u cant hav babies but if 1 is a girl & 1 is a boy u can
