When does Tama leave new baby?

Hi, I'm new to this list and my 7-year-old daughter recently got a Tamagotchi. She took excellent care of it and it grew to adulthood (Whaletchi) and the matchmaker came and it had a baby boy. Here's the question: When does the mother Tama leave the new baby and "go back to it's planet." It's been about 2 days since the baby was born and Whaletchi is still here... Thanks for any help. ;) :ichigotchi:

 
Normally on the second night... but if you pause it tis on the 3rd (well thats what happened to me...) ;)

 
We paused the Tama last night, so that may have slowed the process. We won't pause it tonight and see what happens.... Thanks for the prompt replies.

 
Could changing the time afftect when the mama leaves the baby? I think she may have changed the time once...
