ok, its a plain white egg, it has the logo in grey above the screen, and says on the back:

isn't that one of the originals? thats what blob looks like, well, his casing does anyway.... :lol:

Mmmkay. It looks like it might be a second generation. As the icon for medicine, does it have a shot or a bottle with a spoon? The former is a gen.1 original tamagotchi, the latter would make it a second generation.
