I'll send you a email through Tamatalk, and when you open up the link, you should be in an inbox. Scroll down and look to the side, and you will see "Edit me avatar settings." 
Then,click on it. Scroll down again, and you will see browse. If you have saved your picture(By right-clicking on it and selecting"Save picture as."), click "browse" and select your pic. If your Tama. pic. doesn't work, ask me for a different one. - Status
