how do you prevent your tamagotchi from becoming a Nyorotchi? I've got a Nyorotchi several times! :furawatchi:

 
There isnt really a way to prevent yourself from getting certain characters.. im afraid youll have to grin and bear it. :furawatchi:

Try raising the tamas different than you already have been. If you raise them all the same, you are bound to get the same characters over and over.

 
Be very, very mean to it. it will turn into a tarakotchi

Like lilliandulcia said try raising it differently. You'll get a different character eventually.

 
I dont think you can actually prevent it. But try taking a lot different care. Try extremely bad care. Try average care.. And try really good care. Im sure you'll be able to "avoid" getting it atleast once....

As everyone else mentioned, try raising your Tama differently. If you're very desperate, though, there's always debugging. ^_^

How to Debug

If you're inexperienced, I don't recommend it.
