My tama is 5 yrs now, but when I first got it, before I could get started, I had to choose download or something else, can't remember, why does that message appear when you have to startover and get a new a pet? My sister left my tama at a friends house, and it was a couple of days bofore I could it back, and that person didn't know how to care for a tama, and that one died, so I hit the reset button, and the message DL and something came up. Can Anyone help me?
