Anywayz. Wondering. If I scan the tamagotchi face up. Will it hurt the LCD screen?

OH YAH! Finally got it in the mail. Took long enough.
I got the Navy color.

Well i don't own a scanner so i wouldn't be positive, but i mean the tamagotchi is inside the plastic so you aren't scanning the sercitry, i mean what would happen if you held you tama screen to the sun for like 5 seconds, same as a scan i think.

Oh yeah i forgot to metion many many sites have scans i just don't know in the long run if it lightens it or something.
