Well, I scrounged around for a while and could not find english translations for these instructions. The scans I saw of this booklet were too small to read, so I'm going to post the first page I've scanned in the hope that somebody will tell me whether or not they are able to read it.

Once I find a proper size, I can scan the whole booklet. Hopefully somebody will be kind enough to translate for us, and then everybody can read it.

I've got a couple of days to kill scanning all of this, but I do need to know the right size first. Thanks for your time and help!

(Boy, if somebody links me to these instructions in english I'm going to feel very silly.)

Edit: And now I feel silly anyway, for forgetting the picture link. https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v224/Samsally/1.jpg

i am tossing between a keitai or a plus.... but keitias seem cool!!! i think that it waould be cool if someone has a trnslated thing of it!!

Alright, the pages have been scanned and sent to the Admin, who was kind enough to offer to re-size and host them for us. Be patient though, because there were a ton of 'em and re-sizing might take a while!

get a KEITAI!!!!!!!!!!!!! you tottaly won't regret it! i don't have one but they have more characters

I have two keitais. They are AWESOME.. they totally beat out connexions/pluses/connections ANY day.

Calling all translators! :p

We finally have the complete Keitai instruction manual available for viewing over here and now all we need is a members (or members) to do some translating for us.

It would do the Tamagotchi community a great service to have a complete translation. Anyone interested should contact me directly via PM and I can send a higher res copy of each page if it helps. ;)

I remember one member saying that their is a pic of nazotchi and a story next to it!! I hope some one can translate it!!!

i know i'm not going to be the best of help since i'm having a little of a headache right now, but i've been going at page one for quite a while skimming through the instructions.

"playing with your ketai... use money up to the extent of helping." (note: ma-de has like... 4 different definitions, and this seemed like the most fitting. i could be wrong.)

ok.. so you build up points (idk how) to get stuff. the header says "what can you get with your points?" the best translation i can give "okaimono" is "return gift" or "gifts in return"... i guess they mean the gifts you can get in return for your points.

the items are (from left to right, top to bottom)

meron= melon

rooraa suketo= roller skate

raburabu kusuri= love love medicine

rakkasei= peanut

takosan uinnaa= mr. octopus winner... ? (i know i got the mr. octopus part right)

san gurasu= sun glasses

ryoko chiketo= travel ticket

omg i'm sorry but i have to stop here because my headache has escalated into some huge right now than it was when i started. migraines. i'll finish later. i'm not being much of assistance at this point, but i tried.

dannngit i need to go to the drugstore for aspirin.

Thank you DorkinDonuts! I hope you feel better, I know what migraines are like :(

Sadly I can't read any Japanese. But I'm going to get another Keitai book with lots of pictures and a growchart in it (!). Would anyone be interested in my own version of the instructions? I've been playing with the Keitai for two months now, so I think I could tell a lot about it.

Maybe its an idea if I post scans of the book with very interesting info/characters (like Nazotchi) so someone can translate that?
