how do i get a babytama for the father tamagotchi?

In the instructions I got with my tamagotchi it said the female can give birth to two babies and the other of them goes to the father-tama, but my tamagotchi only got one baby and the father of this baby would want a little-tama to raise up too... what can i do? <_<

someone please help me!

 
The only thing i can think of to do is wait for the matchmaker to come for the father.

Lily, the mother-tama, left this morning so now there really wouldn't be anything else we could do. *sighs*
