I not sure how to get a kiwatchi but I know how to get this one:

.You have to take care to get this one.I had it 3 times.

Whoops,I made a mistake.You have to bad care,of your Tama

to get it,but u might not get it though cuz it's just random.

all i get usally is a kiwitchi. iv had it ove 7 times already. you have to take bad care of it.
