sick sleeping tama

I could have sworn I put it in pause this morning, but when I checked on it after dinner, it was not in pause and had pooped 6 times and had a skull above it so it was very sick. The problem is that he is asleep and I cannot give him medicine or clean up the poop. He also has all blank hungrys and all blank happys so I know he is in bad shape. I am afraid he will die in his sleep at this rate. He is still a teen so he is pretty new. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. I have put him on pause for the time being to try to avoid him dying on me.

THey cant die in ther esleep and you can change the time to when he gets up and take car of him and if he starts to die then just quickly reset it

you go to your clock and hold down A,C the change the time to 2:00 and fix you tama up and the put it back to sleep and it will be fine!

right away go to snack and meal to fill the hearts. then really fast go to the Medical kit (a.k.a. health) and press it twice. then you don't have to worry just clean up the poo

sorry i didn't see the asleep part. If he is on pause the he will sleep longer so take him/her off pause. He cannot die in their sleep. let him wake up and then do the steps above!!!!
