Well you should wait alittle longer and see what happens and if it donsnt turn into an adult then something must be wrong. Well PM me if you have anymore Qs.

 
it depends on some things to tell if you have them morph into the next stage:

if u paused it

what time it turned to a toddler

when that time was

if it isnt an adult by 5 then there might be a little issue.

but tamas sometimes act funny this way :)
