You have to HAVE presents in order to use them. You have to connect with a friend to get presents and then you can use them but some presents can not be reused such as poo, jack in the box, and flower. Hope this helps.
Well, if you say you cant open any when you 1st recive them...well, you have a problem...it should automaticly open them for you. It will blink and then it will dissapare with a present in it.
