Members are usually warned after they have been behaving badly on TamaTalk.
A guide will normally send a PM to let you know what you're doing wrong. If you ignore it and carry on, then you get a warning.
Your warning level can be reduced if you turn over a new leaf and demonstrate (over time) to the Guides and Admin that you can behave well....
