Can't buy items from the shop. Why?

Everything else is working but I can't redeem points at the shop to buy different items. The battery went dead and I thought that was the problem. I have now replaced the battery and I still can't buy things from the shop. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what has gone wrong? Can I fix it or do I need to buy a new Tamagotchi?

well superbunny,

you have too many items, so you cant buy any more!

you also wont be able to enter shop codes too.

you must feed a tama an item, trash one, or give it to a friend.

same with items except use them instead of eat them.

then u will be able to buy stuff again!

when that happened to me i accidentaly bought a throne out of frustration that i couldnt get more treats..

how do you delete an item? like a toy that can be used many times? cause i have a lot of things and i need to clean it up a little....

 
to delete an item go to your notebook..

select present..

select the item or food you wish to get rid of...

when it asks "wrap?"....

press "A" button and it should offer you a trash can instead of wrapping.....

it will ask you to confirm selection

Thank you, arianne. I was just about to start a thead asking about this. But my tama just went to sleep, so now I can't try this until tomorrow morning!
