How do I get The match maker for a character?

How are you supposed to get the matchmaker for a character :mellow: <_< :huh: :rolleyes:

 
On V1, if you have a girl you may get the matchmaker as a character. Reject the matchmakers offers and you will get it eventually. If you have a boy, you will get a old dude insted. If you mate the matchmaker and the old dude together you can get a secret character.

:D yah you should just let your female tama grow old without having a baby :furawatchi: I always get too excited and just have the baby at the first chance I get :kuribotchi:
 
:furawatchi: You should begin to receive the Matchmaker automatically on about Day 5. If you refuse her suggestions, she will continue to return until Day 8. Make sure you accept one of her partners before Day 8 or you'll die a lonely Tamagotchi! Hope this helps!
 
its not really safe to do this if you want to save you points, generations, etc. ive never tried it myself but thats okay. if you are SURE that it can mate then go ahead. but i dont think old timers and adults can mate, so im not sure its safe, like i said.

 
It is a somewhat bad idea cause it can die. Then you would lose generations and items on your V1. It is more safe to do this on your first generation.

 
The MatchMaker isn't really named "MatchMaker"

The species name is Otokitchi.

Anyways, yes, you have to reject the MatchMaker.

After a few days the Tamagotchi will eventually turn into the Otokitchi.

The method to getting Otokitchi on a V2 is the same for getting her on the V1, raise a female Tamagotchi and reject when the Matchmaker shows up until it evolves.

You can only get it on V1. (v2ownertriedtogetitanddiedatfifteenwithoutchanging)
