There really is no difference; Bandai just didn't translate Furawatchi's name properly and threw a name together. They probrably based the name on the Digimon Koromon, considering they're both owned by Bandai, but Koro is short for korokoro, which means something small and round rolling. Furawatchi is green and called "Leaftchi" on the V3.

If you mean rare characters, Oyajitchi, Kiwitchi, Hiratchi, and Zukitchi are currently considered the rarest.

Kiwitchi rare???? You just take bad care of it and you can get it every time!

If you mean, however, the tamagotchi that is rare. The Yashasii and the Devilgotchi are the rarest.

Zukitchi is rare? My friend always gets that one.

Nazotchi is the rarest of all!
