my best friend's tama needs help!

whenever my best friend tries to make there tama connect,it says "SORRY!!list full!"(it does that with prescent but not with game.she has under 51 friends,she's deleted lots,and she doesn't want to reset.HELP!

 
That's the problem with tamas sometimes, they say that the list's full and stuff like that! Srry, I don't know how to fix it. I feel srry for your friend. Which generation is she on? Cause if she was on her like, 20th generation then I would know WHY she didn't want to reset. But anywayz no one would want to reset and loose their precious little pet.
