what are colors? my tamgotchi is black and white why does mine just have black and white

 
what do you mean? do you mean the outside "shell" of the egg or the actual screen? the screen pictures are only in black and white

 
The inside part is black-and-white but the plastic part (where the buttons are and stuff) should be a color. I've never seen a black-and-white one before

 
Did you buy it online or at a store?

What kind exactly did you buy?

 

Maybe it's a fakie type tama?

We need to know a little more.
