An alternate to pausing...

When you have to leave to go to class, or whatch a movie, or something along those lines, you can put your tamagotchi to sleep by folloing these steps:

1) Press the B (middle) button while you do not have anything selected.

2) You should e veiwing a clock. While at the screen, press the A (first) button and the C (last) button at the same time.

3) Set the clock for 1 or 2 AM.

4) Your tamagotchi sould fall asleep, so turn ou the light when it beeps for you.

This trick can be helpful because pausing can stunt you tama's growth.

it's a good tip, but...

unless you leave the light on, this uses up much, much more battery because it has to keep teh pixels dark.

I usually don't puase it. I just reset it and don't press enter. Then, when i want to get it back, I press enter and do download.

that's a good idea, too! actually, i usually don't have to pause it at all, but when i do, it's just for very short amounts of time, so i just use the actual pause feature.

when you put your tama to sleep can it get sick or poop?

No. . .if it is sick or has poops next to it then it went to bed like that.

i knew that already, and i do it all the time ( with the light ON)

but since its valentines day today, i was thinking of NOT doing this cause things are supposed to happen.

That's what I do when I have to sleep or can't use it for the day, i just put it to sleep at the earliest hour it starts to sleep at so this way it can grow and stuff but u dont have to woory about it!

yeah pausing doesnt really work lol i paused my baby tamas and when i unpaused them they were five and six years old but still babys lol so i wouldnt pause your tama i fi were you

well good tip but my tam dont like to sleep it goes 2 bed at like 10pm
