Do you think the Keitai tama will be released outside of Japan? I really like to have one but on the internet they are too much expensive for me... And if they can't with cell phones outside of japan that's less fun.. What do you think I should do : Spend all my money in one on the internet or wait for them to be released outside of Japan? (even if it's not sure they'll be released... ;) )

Make sure to sign the Keitai Tamagotchi petition if you want them released outside of Japan... We want 1000 signatures before we approach Bandai with it... So far we are only 25% there. Sign it and tell your interested friends to sign it to!

PLEASE NOTE - fake names and info does nothing to help us so please don't sign with fake information... Fakes or incomplete signatures are being deleted!

I think there is a chance of it. I mean, they released Plus, right? And a lot of the others. Since Keitai is like an upgrade of Plus, of course they want to send it out to more people!

I just think it will take some time. You might want to buy a Japanese Keitai now, and then an international one later on. There you go. Now you have two, and it was a foolproof plan. XD

 
I think that the Keitai is lots of fun, even without the ability to connect to a phone. It has got other characters, games and items you can purchase (from the points you earn while playing).

There are a lot of tama's that weren't released outside japan, like Devil gotchi and Morino.

But I know that Bandai will release some new spring colours, so you could still wait a while. Although I don't think you will find them under 30 dollars soon.

i want them to be released out side of japan but i doubt it will. just look at the past...japan gets the better tamagotchis and we only get a portion of the tamagotchis. take mothra's for example, tehy were never released here. also take the tama angel, japan got more characters then the US angel. i'm not trying to be negative i just think that judging from the past it's not likely...
