They are $4.99 but may be different prices in different places. 
Yes they are $5 at kb toys. I want to get them they say they are better than tamagotchi so i want to get one but i have seen them at kb but i couldnt get one on that day and they got sold out.It was the cat one, i feel so sad. I dont know if i will ever be able to get one!!
