See I've got a P1 and it's the secret Character, "Bill". He's 18yrs. old now, how long do they usually live?

 

I just want an idea so I can be ready...

I will try to get him to live as long as possible, but my Mametchi only lived to be 21...

I think on the version 2s its up to 99 days(!!), but I don't know about on the version ones. It might be the same...

I dunno, I think around how long a Mimitchi/Mametchi can, 17-26

 
I borrowed my friends P1 a loooong time ago, and got Mametchi and got it to live till 24. It was really needy near the end though, I had to put it on the clock screen just so I could play a game with my family for ten minutes, and then it died later that evening.
